For Employers
Hiring pressure rarely arrives evenly. A project is approved, a key person leaves, or a delivery date moves, and the requirement becomes urgent. Ydel's staffing practice exists to absorb that variability without lowering the standard of the people who join your team.
How we work
- A defined intake conversation to establish the technical requirement, the team context and what a successful hire looks like
- Screening against that requirement before any profile reaches you, so that the shortlist stays short
- Coordination of interviews, feedback and offer stages
- Onboarding support through the first weeks, when most placements succeed or fail
Engagement models
- Contract staffing for defined periods or project durations
- Contract to hire, where an initial contract period precedes a permanent offer
- Permanent recruitment
- Enterprise staff augmentation for teams rather than individuals
- Recruitment process outsourcing, where we run part or all of your hiring function
- Offshore development centres as an alternative to local hiring
Terms and compliance
Engagements in the United States can be structured on W2, corp-to-corp or 1099 terms depending on the role and the candidate. Right-to-work verification is completed before placement. Contract terms, replacement provisions and notice periods are agreed in writing at the outset rather than left to be settled later.
