Freshers Hiring Process

We here at YDEL for the selection of fresher’s follow a uniquely created process which is easy to follow and that which yields better results. We ensure a prior communication from the client regarding the requirements of the position which needs to be filled. We then understand the requirement of the position to be filled. We make sure we prepare a checklist which will enable us to verify every quality and comprehensive checks we need to perform during the hiring process. We then identify the key requirements of the vacancy like location, salary, skills needed, trainings undergone, education grades, certifications, attitude and many more requirements which need to be addressed. Then a thorough search takes place which involves scalping through job portals, existing databases, training institutions, referrals, colleges (for fresher’s), LinkedIn and shortlist them based on the checklist which we have prepare prior to the searching phase. Based on the candidates who have been found in the search phase we will conduct various screening process which involves logical reasoning and test round, Group discussion round, communication round, writing skills round, technical round, final assessment round by our in-house panel of members. After a through prescreen we shortlist a group of candidates and find out their expectations regarding the job position they applied for. Of the above shortlisted candidates a confidential report will be delivered to the client. Once the client is satisfied with the selected candidate list we will arrange for a client interview (which can either be through telephone or face to face). Once the client has finished up with his selection process we would expect a client feedback through which we will follow up with the selected candidates for joining formality and ensure a successful hire.

In case the client was not satisfied with the list of candidates he interviewed or the employee has left the employment we will reassess the search parameters and begin a research for that particular position.

We then prepare a proper search strategy which guides us during the searching phase. Top Level Executives Recruiting Process

At Ydel the process of hiring a top level executive involves rigorous techniques of uniquely blend methodology which begins with identifying the requirements for the specific position to be filled. We prepare a checklist of selection criteria which will include location, salary, experience levels, relevant experience, allied skills, logical quotient and many more. Based on the above checklist we will review all the resume’s which will filter the initial set of candidate from which we will develop a set of question to assess their experience and find out their experience quotient and other such relevant assessments. The next step involves a live screening of candidates which may be done via telephone or skype which will further dilute the list of candidates from which will assess credibility and capabilities by written question and answer assessment.

The selected candidates from the previous assessment will undergo through psychometric assessment tool which will examine the character traits of the respective candidate. Once the candidates have complete the screening process we will bring them in for a face to face interview which will enable us to select the final candidate suitable for the position to be filled which will ensure a successful hire.
